Want to make Holiday cooking easier?
Begin by getting the best tools to help you make all those yummy Holiday dishes and desserts.

There’s nothing an artist needs more – even more than excellent tools and stamina – than a deadline.

Well deadlines are a built-in part of the Holidays, but excellent tools can make it all less stressful, especially in the kitchen!

In the Holiday Food Events, she with the best gadgets wins.
Anything that trims prep time, makes the job easier, and produces a better final result gets my vote.
So I was delighted when I happened to catch America’s Test Kitchen radio broadcast on November 16th.

It was their Thanksgiving Special and you can listen to Lisa McManus, The Gadget Guru, talk about her Top 10 Holiday Kitchen Gadgets.
Make sure you get a tablet and pen because you don’t want to miss a single one.

    Give them as gifts
    Request them yourself
Buy one for a wedding gift
Buy a small one as a hostess gift

You can listen via iTunes Podcast Episode thanksgiving Special or on https://www.americastestkitchen.com/radio/90-thanksgiving-special-turkey-q-and-a-and-the-real-story-of-the-first-thanksgiving
Lisa’s Gadget segment is at 26:52 into the broadcast and is about 6 minutes long.

You can see pictures of the gadgets on the website under the section In This Program and each piece is marked Equipment Review.

  2. True. Every year I try to write out a schedule for cooking. I like to and clean as I go, but inevitably it is those last 20-30 minutes when things are going in and out of the oven and the gravy is being made etc. that the list goes out the window! I feel blessed we can’t see the kitchen from the dining room!

I am so glad to hear you are healing well 🙂
