  2. First off I want to say great blog! I had a quick quewstion that I’d like to ask if you don’t mind.

I was curious to find out how you center yourself and clear your head prior to writing.

I havce had a tough time clearing mmy thoughts in gettimg my thoughts out there.
I do take pleasure in writing but it just seems likme the first 10 tto 15
minytes are generally lost simply just trying to figure out how
to begin. Any suggestions or tips? Kudos!

    • Well hello and thanks for the kind words. I try to begin my day with some time with God. I read the Bible and pray for God’s will in my day. That’s what keeps me ‘centered’. But, I have begun reading Julia Cameron’s book and writing what she calls ‘morning pages’. She says it’s the best way to unblock creativity. Maybe it’s working! You can get a peek at her book on Amazon.com.

Are you interested in spiritual growth, gardening, or DIY projects? Experts say you should zero in on one topic you are passionate about, but I find that too restrictive. If we were meeting for coffee what would you talk about? Think of it like that and all those critical voices in your head will quiet down. You’ll get better the more you write. At least that’s what THEY say:) If I can do this anyone can! Jump in, the water’s fine.
