All the Promises of God

A leather covered Bible

A slim edition of the ESV, no notes or cross references, just God’s word for my hungry heart.

Relishing my new ESV Bible.
It has a way with words.

For all the promises of God find their Yes in him.
That is why it is through him that we utter our Amen to God for his glory.
And it is God who establishes us with you in Christ, and has anointed us, and who has also put his seal on us and given us his Spirit in our hearts as a guarantee.
2 Corinthians 1:20-22

All the promises of God find their Yes in Jesus.

Don’t you love that?

It is a long established fact that a reader will be distracted by the readable content of a page when looking at its layout.

As an old KJV fan I can’t say I’ve been an early adopter, but I love its readability and if I include a verse in a post this is now the version I use.
You’re a baker, have you ever made Cowboy Cookies?

I love that verse! Our pastor preaches from the ESV and I’m about to make the purchase of my first. Been using the NLT for some time and really enjoy how smooth it reads. But am loving the ESV more and more.

Kelly I do really like my ESV. I still find because of age I’m sure some texts in the NASB, and yet the old KJV still and will always have that special place in my heart. The great thing is they are all still God’s Word to us. Enjoy!!!!
