This is a quick and easy project you could make with your kids, or make as a hostess gift if you’ve been invited for Easter Dinner.
You’ll get everything you need for under $30.00.
What the colors mean:
Purple signifies the royal color befitting the King of Kings.
White represents both the purity of Christ and the cleansing of our sins by His atoning sacrifice for us. (2 Corinthians 5:21, Isaiah 1:18, Isaiah 53:1-12)
Yellow symbolizes our living hope because of the resurrection of Jesus Christ from the dead. (1 Peter 1:3)
Anther Option:
Add a strip of linen woven through the plants to represent the cloth Peter saw when he entered the empty tomb. (John 20:7)

This videos’s far from perfect, but my videographer had her baby, so we won’t get to do this over before Easter.
Just like real life—no do overs.
Here are the mistakes I would have liked to correct:
- Sunglasses, I wore them because my eyes were dilated from an earlier doctor’s appointment.
- I bought flowers at Lowe’s not Longs.
- I mispronounced Kalanchoe because the girl at Lowe’s led me astray.
- Oops, we accidentally captured sirens and my husband talking on the phone just inside the house.
